The actress we all love to hate was born in a wealthy family with her father being a prominent actor. Her parents ensured their daughter would not lack anything, and she attended the most famous schools.
Luyanda Mzazi was born and bred in Johannesburg, and she did her primary school at Johannesburg Girls’ Preparatory School, then her matric at Beth Jacobs Girls’ High School. When she was doing her grade 10, Luyanda fell pregnant, which forced her to stop attending classes. It’s the law in South Africa that if you fall pregnant while at school, you will be banned from attending classes as you will influence other kids badly.
After being banned from attending classes, Luyanda started studying from home, and she wrote her final exams, passing with flying colours. However, after passing her matric, she couldn’t attend varsity the following her as she was still in the maternity phase.
When her baby was 1-year old, Luyanda proceeded with her studies at the Unversity of National School of the Arts, graduating with a degree in Dramatic Arts.
She did not end there Luyanda is currently studying Human Resources Management at the University of Johannesburg. She is the epitome of hard work; although she faced a lot of hardships while studying, she did not give up.
