Senzo Meyiwa’s murder suspect paid lobola in KZN on day of murder

More and more details are being revealed about the murder of Bafana Bafana goal keeper Senzo Meyiwa who was killed in October 2014.

Yesterday Tumelo Madlala, Senzo’s best friend revealed that he insists that Bongani Ntanzi was the killer who was among other hitmen to kill Meyiwa.

None of the four accused has pleaded guilty they have all maintained their innocence and put forward their versions of the story.

Addressing the high court in Pretoria on Tuesday, Tshepo Thobane made allegations of an assault, a search for an inyanga (traditional healer), and money being offered to people to take the fall for the killing and to incriminate other accused.

Now addressing his issue Ntanzi has claimed that he was actually in KZN paying lobola for his woman on the said day of the crime.
