Dieketseng Mnisi (born in 1961 in Soweto) is a South African actress. She is popular for playing as Nontombi “Mantuli” Seakamela in the soap opera Skeem Saam on SABC1. For five years (2007-2012), she was cast as Masechaba Moletsane, pastor’s wife, in Stokvel appearing first in season five.

She has also appeared in many other television series and shows that have contributed to her profession. The celebrated actress appeared on Skeem Saam with other popular actors including Vusi Leremi.

Mnisi landed a guest-starring role in an episode of eKasi: Our Stories entitled “Deep Secret”.  She played the role of a devil worshipper by the name of Nokufa who uses her daughter for sacrifice to gain more dark power. She appeared in the twelfth episode of the fifth season.
